Terms of Use

1. Who we are

945 CLUB is a multi-brand footwear and apparel retailer operating at 945club.com, selling Nike, Adidas, Puma, Skechers and ASICS products to customers in India.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean 945 CLUB. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Using the site

By using 945club.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order.

3. Your account

You can browse and buy as a guest, or create an account to keep your bag, wishlist, saved addresses and order history in one place.

• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate contact and delivery details — we rely on them to reach you and to deliver.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently, or in breach of the acceptable-use section below.

4. Products, pricing and availability

• Currency and tax. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
• Shipping. A flat delivery fee of ₹99 applies to every order and is shown before you pay.
• Availability. Stock is shown per size and can change while you are browsing. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it.
• Images. Product photography is representative. Colour can vary slightly between screens.
• Pricing errors. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if this happens.

The price you pay is the price calculated by us at checkout from our own catalogue. Prices quoted anywhere else are not binding on us.

5. Orders and when the contract forms

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation acknowledges that we received it — it is not acceptance. The contract between us forms when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, where payment cannot be verified, where the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials.

Your order is treated as paid only once the payment provider confirms the payment to us and we have verified that confirmation. If a payment is later reversed or charged back, we may cancel the order and recover the goods.

7. Delivery

• We deliver within India, to the serviceable pincodes offered at checkout.
• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather and local restrictions can affect them.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
• If nobody is available across the courier's delivery attempts, the parcel may return to us; we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Please check your parcel on arrival. Anything that arrives damaged or incorrect should be reported within 48 hours of delivery — see the Store Claim Policy.

8. Cancellations and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, we do not offer exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour variation caused by your screen, or a product not meeting your expectations. Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any point before dispatch.

Refunds are issued only where we got the order wrong — an item damaged in transit, a manufacturing defect, or an item materially different from the one you ordered — reported within 48 hours of delivery with a continuous, unedited unboxing video. A verified claim is resolved by replacement first; where the item cannot be replaced, we refund it in full.

We also refund in full where we cancel your order ourselves, including when limited stock is depleted by simultaneous orders.

The Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy sets out the full conditions and the evidence we require. It forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

9. Authenticity and brand names

We sell genuine products sourced through authorised channels. If you believe an item you received is not genuine, raise it through the Store Claim Policy; we investigate every such claim and, where it is upheld, refund you in full.

Nike, Adidas, Puma, Skechers, ASICS and all associated names, logos and product marks belong to their respective owners. They are used here to describe the goods we sell. We are a retailer; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of those brands.

The site itself — its layout, text, photography and code — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• place orders fraudulently, or on behalf of someone else without their authority;
• attempt to interfere with, probe or overload the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape the catalogue or resell our content, pricing or imagery;
• submit anything unlawful, misleading or infringing through any form on the site.

11. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.

Where we are liable to you, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts named below.

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly once we know about them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when this page last changed.
